Jensen P10R-F 25W 10" Guitar Speaker
Designed in cooperation with Fender®, the P10R-F is a 10" alnico speaker with warm, mellow tone with less bite and brightness than the standard P10R. It responds to overdrive with creamy distortion.

The P10R-F was designed by the Jensen factory in cooperation with Fender® for the reissue of the Fender ’57 Bandmaster® and the 20th Anniversary Vibro King®. The goal was to design a P10R speaker with a more broken-in, worn sound straight out of the box. The P10R-F has a smooth, round top end and a full-bodied low end response, it distorts at lower levels; and still maintains the vintage classic tonalities of the legendary P10R.
Alnico speakers produce a sweet, warm, vintage tone. They sound best at low levels and are great for blues, jazz and mellow rock. Alnico speakers respond quickly, giving the musician a “one with the amp" feel. They are often considered to be premium speakers with superior tone.
Alnico speakers are made with magnets containing aluminum, nickel and cobalt. They are often featured in print as “AlNiCo", symbolizing the three respective elements. Cobalt is difficult to procure these days, resulting in Alnicos being the most expensive speakers in the Jensen® line.
