Bone is traditionally favored for quality instruments. Our unbleached bone is even harder than bleached white bone, and has a mottled cream vintage look. The hardness and density contributes to good tone. Bone polishes well and allows for more precise slot filing.
It's oversized and ready for shaping, trimming, and slotting.
